John Lennon and Beetles on Beatles
No, I didn't misspell it. Babs (the Beetle bug) from Yorkshire, United Kingdom sent this in recently for the November 6, 2008 BlogBlast for Peace. It gave me chills. Let's listen to what John has to say today.
We are all still listening you know........
and he has an awful lot to say.

That's a great effect and a fitting image for a Peace Globe.
I need to get my act together and get the button up on my site.
I have always thought Lennon, like Morrison was more than just a song writer. A modern romamntic poet/philospher almost. A bit like William Blake.
Paul McCartney merely hung on his coat tails. The music the two produced when they parted shows this.
I do love Imagine, but Working Class Hero is still to me the greatest Lennon track of all time.
I've often wondered are the Peace Globes images anyone can use?
Still one of the most powerful songs ever! I agree with 'Crushed' John Lennon was the special talent in that songwriting duo. He was a great loss!
I like how she did that and am ashamed I did not think of it for my First Peace Globe, when I used Imagine as the theme...
Working on my new one...have a few ideas sketched out.... still have some time....don't rush me!
Perfect.
Isn't that the most inspiring song ever? :)
A stunning video with a beautiful song.
Travis - No worries. You always have your act together.
Ingsoc - I am sending information on peace globes to you. I hope you will participate.
Babs - So many people used "Imagine" in their peace posts I had to make a special category for them in The Peace Globe Gallery
Bond - I'm sure it will be perfect. I don't have my own made yet!
Bud - Somehow I thought you'd say that.
Akelamalu - It is. It is...
Jean-luc - I agree. Babs did a wonderful job with it.
Just beautiful... I guess I better put my thinking hat on...
I put a button on my blog.. and I'm working on a globe. Just not today.. I feel a bit sad.
That song helped though.
Imagine ... it couldn't be said better.
Oh, and sorry but no picture of my cheeseburger unless I manage to get myself back out to Block Island to have another one! Hmmm ... now there's a thought!
Dawn - People are getting very creative this time. The one Justine made for you last time was wonderful as well.
Anndi - You know what I have to say about that...
Linda - Ever since you wrote about the cheeseburger I've wanted one. Will you make a cheesecake too?
??? I hear you make the best ones in town.
I love how they put together the peace globe! Beautiful!
