Pass The Nitrous. Please.
I had all these great ideas for a blog post while I was under the nitrous oxide. Inspiring even! Headphones with Tracy Chapman in my ear to drown out the awful sound of the dentist's office.
Maybe I'll remember tomorrow.
YUK. I cannot stand it. I don't want to hear. I don't want to see. I don't want to know.
I know it was only a cleaning but still it's the dentist.
I am the world's biggest chicken in the dentist's chair.
Shhhhh! Did you have to say that word?
Oh. I'm the one talking.
See what nitrous does to you?

LMBO!! Was that your music you were listening to? Or music provided by the dentist office?? What if there are subliminal messages hidden in the songs? Hahahahaha...
I hope you remember the blog ideas... I can't wait to read them!
~shoes~
I'd need to be knocked out. Pass the versed, please.
Red - I walk in. They say, "choose your music and sit down."
They know me well.
Tracy is my dentist chair music.
There were peacey songs on the CD about the whole world gone crazy or something like that. One song was "Rape of The World"...thought-provoking lyrics. Of course, my brain was buzzed by then so who knows.
It's probably best I don't try to write anything serious today.
I love nitrous.
Wait! Red! "subliminal messages"...like what??!
Lois - I would be too if I had someone to actually drive me there.
I'm so looped from the nitrous when I get up that I have to sit on the couch in the waiting room for awhile.
And KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT.
Last time I said some really silly things in there. I remember people guffawing and poking each other.
I think it's best I don't remember anymore.
Ohh how I hate thee dentist, I can not sleep the night before, it's pretty bad, lol!
Frog - One word: Nitrous
I'm with you. Put me out, grow me some good looking teeth, install, wake me when it's beautiful
ok, weird but true. i'm fine at the dentist. it's getting my haircut that very nearly requires nitrous for me. yes, i know i am a bizarre excuse for a female. and nitrous on top of being recently concussed....lord have mercy, mimi! i'm impressed that you got complete sentences assembled.
That reminds me, I'm way past due for a cleaning of my own. I'll have to try to remember to schedule one soon before all of my teeth fall out and I need dentures. Of course then I could just skip the cleanings and toss my teeth in a glass each night!
:-)
I know, I know, I'm with you on this Mimi. I need sedation to have a scale and polish! :0
