Bloggingham Sunrise

On the way out yesterday morning.....

....... I stopped on the side of the road to take these photos. (Yes, my bloggy friends, I actually stopped this time, put the car in park and got out. I got some strange looks but whatever) Anyway......I was at the top of a little hillside area looking down into a tiny valley. These are cloud lines, not mountains....they came up to meet me at just the right time and looked as though the clouds had turned into another little mountain village right before my eyes. I was surrounded by darkness and little sparks of morning light peeking out.

And then the batteries died.
I know the batteries wouldn't have died if I'd stayed in the car.

I just know it.

Mimi those are so beautiful photos, but when did you leave the Dungeon? You must have left the Dungeon in your sleep? I hope you were not sleep walking while driving. LOL!

The first night in the Dungeon wasn't too bad. Just a little cold down there, which makes my arthritis hurt.

Ring ring ring...ring a ling..."Good morning"...

"Is this the Queen's secretary? No, this is the Majordomo...
may I help you?"

"This is a representative from Prisoners without representation, and I am calling about a prisoner you are holding in the Dungeon. Yes...I am listening"...

"We have some issues...
I'm listening...

"May I get a chiropracter this morning? A masseuse, a chief, a maid for the dungeon and a mouse trap. Please?"

"Sir...
I will have to talk with my Queen and get back to you on that."

Well the batteries lasted long enough for you to get those great shots Mimi. :)

It looks like a sea of clouds is heading directly towards you - very cool. And, uhm, if you don't charge them regularly, the batteries are going to go dead no matter whether you are in the car or out of it!

Also, when did you get a Majordomo??

Nice pix, Mims!

Ferd - They are special, aren't they? I just took some shots this afternoon of a rainbow on the way home after the rain. I can't wait to see how they came out.

Thanks!

Great shots ... I often do the same Mimi. For whatever I have always found weather amazing.
When I was 12 years old, the largest wall cloud I had ever seen came rolling over my head. It seemed to be about 500 ft in the air as the black and grey tube spun like a massive rolling pin. Been a storm watcher ever since.
