Watch It, People. I Own a Dungeon.

Whatcha gonna do?

You're in the middle of your very
first live BlogTalk Radio interview and someone right off the bat insults your pencil skirt. I had to wonder.
Was this karma?
Have I been a bad Queen?
Is there a de-throning conspiracy in the blorks? (that's blog + works)

Leave it to super-snoop Linda from Are We There Yet? to email our wonderful host
Morgen, with this question. "Is there a dungeon in Bloggingham Palace where you throw bloggers who don't complete their memes?"

I'd been trying to keep it a secret. Blabber-mouth. Only once have the police come by with complaints of "unsavory noises" blaring from my house. I was listening to Prince! Nothing more. But back to the show.

Thanks to Linda's comical question, I find myself in the middle of a conversation with Mo about blogging-flogging (OMG!!) in the Bloggingham Castle dungeon and just when I think I've redeemed my bad self and moved on, my fresh-out-of-a-breakup-ex-boyfriend calls in.

It could only happen to me.

Let me put this in blerpsective for you (that's blog + perspective)
Do you know what it feels like to stop breathing underwater and you can't make it back to the surface fast enough before your mother pulls your bobbing ponytail up through the water before you die? Can you imagine how a snail must feel before the bigfoot of death barrels down on his lowly pea-head and squishes his curly skirt on the blogwalk? (that's sidewalk +....oh you know....)

There's only one thing to do. I must live up to my fifteen-minutes-of-breathless-bluefaced-fame and be a bad Queen. So I did another meme. Bwwwaaaaahhhhaaaahhaaa! Sanni, that German vixen girl audaciously tagged me for three more memes, two I've already done and the Seven Meme, which somehow escaped my attention. I need another meme like I need another meme. But now with all these bloggers to throw in the dungeon I think my conscience needs to be clear before I surrender to the bobbing ponytail.

So I'll confess what needz confessin'..... Buckle up. May God have mercy on this meme.
And my pencil soul.

Bee - I heard your voice for the first time on Turnbaby's show last Sunday. You sound as sweet as we all know you are. Thanks for listening!

Awesome list! I think I need to be in your dungeon. I believe you tagged me several weeks ago right before I was going out of town. While I was out of town, broke my arm...fun..anyway...touching base!

You are most assuredly the Queen of Memes. Most people just answer the questions, whereas you create an entire visual and draw everyone in.

Well done.

Mimi Lenox said...

Lara - How are you? I'm sorry about your arm. Feel better.

You're excused!!

Mimi Lenox said...

Travis - Thank you! Glad you enjoyed.

Mimi Lenox said...

Ev - LOL.

I love your non-censored self. Please don't ever stifle it. You're hysterical.

Mimi... Mimi... Mimi -
I am a lesbian. What can I say?
Thanks for the meme. Crikey it's a whopper.... it may end up on my list of seven things I don't quite get round to but I'll do my best...

Mimi Lenox said...

Huh?
ATTENTION PEOPLE -
I am NOT a lesbian.

Haven't you been paying attention?

I can't believe I actually had to write that on my blog. Oh the pressures.......I should really pay more attention to these comments and the train of conversation. This one derailed before I could stop it.

I'm gonna have to throw somebody in the dungeon.

Sigh.

I like that meme, Mimi. I'm going to borrow it when I earn my next post. Good luck on your reconstruction (the South will rise again). And thanks for being a member of my Unofficial Cheering Squad--it's really working!!

Mimi, this was great fun to read.
I'm sorry I didn't know you were going to be on the show until the day after. That's what I get for getting so behind in my reading. Day late and a dollar short, or something.

I would have loved to have heard your interview. ;-)
