A Cloud Of Witnesses ~ Pictures Revealed!

Driving home Sunday evening as I returned from visiting family, I snapped this picture through the windshield. A few clouds were forming, it was near sunset and it looked like it might rain. The little white rural Methodist church I'd just passed down the road (actually, it was the church I was married in all those eons ago and it seems to mock "divorced" as I drive by for some reason these days.....) has a strange little graveyard on a hill that spooks me out each time I see it.
Anyway,
searching for a post today, I uploaded these pics from my camera.

I could not believe what I saw. Stay with me here.
Driving along....the road.....glancing at the cemetery as I passed ...the windshield....the sky....camera out the car window.....nothing out of the ordinary. Right? Keep scrolling down.

Closer.....they were dancing....moving.....talking to me.....

and I couldn't take my eyes off of them.

This is the picture cropped.
Does anyone else see what I see?

(scroll down for the answer....)

Maybe this explains the nightmares I've had lately? And what is it with me and clouds? They've had a prophetic and odd - almost mystical - feel about them for several weeks. Symbolic dreams of late, vividly meaningful in color and plot and funny little "knowings" in the pit of my stomach. Just churning along at times like a bad case of indigestion (no, friends, I did not eat spicy food). And today, around 11:30 am I had the strangest feeling that something was terribly wrong. But I didn't know what. I called my folks and everything was fine. I called my son. He was fine. I called friends. They were fine.

The feeling went away in about an hour and a half - as fast as it came upon me. It was so strong - this uneasy feeling - that it almost made me ill.
Has this ever happened to you?
Please leave a comment and tell me what you see.
(I'm ordering a pizza too. I'd like to have something to blame this on.)

THE ANSWER!!

A woman's face with dark eyes and long dark hair.
Gulp.
She looks familiar.
Apparently watching over the 3 nymphs lower to the right.
Joining the party....
And there are many more distinguishable faces in the crowd. Someone commented yesterday that either "Jesus or John Lennon" sat in the right upper corner as well. At least I'm in good company.
I wonder if they like pepperoni.

A mans shoulders and face in the upper right corner?

I don't see it but am coming back to see what you see.

Those feelings are the worst hope the sense of dread subsides.

Aren't clouds awesome? If you stare at them long enough, you can see all kinds of things.

That said, I can see a man with his arms outspread in the upper right corner of the last picture. If you're so inclined, you might think it was Jesus -- or maybe it's John Lennon. :)

I saw the torso of a man's torso in the upper right-hand corner right off; so did my husband. We both saw that first. Then, if you really squint, you can see other faces...
(I wandered around for several years with that awful feeling! It came and went but it was as though I was perched at the top of a roller coaster, looking down just as the decent began. Only it never went down; you were just left hanging there, waiting....)
I had an anxiety disorder. Go figure! BTW, meds help...
~~~Blessings~~~
I see a man's upper body.
I hope nothing came out of your premonition, Mimi. It's been a while since I've had that feeling; I don't want to feel it again.
And save me a slice of that pizza please.
Anndi - LOL. I saw horses but no pigs. Did you have pork on your pizza?
Ohn - Yes! But that is not all by far....
Cooper - Wait til you see this.
Hammer - It only lasted a short while. It is gone now. And I guess everything is ok. But those feelings can be overwhelming.
Cindy - Some people would say Jesus and John Lennon are pretty close; others, not so much. In any case, the picture keeps getting more and more "interesting"..
Gracie - LOL. I don't think I need meds. It went away as fast as it came. Temporary stress can cause the dreams I've been having I suppose...I always try to learn something about myself when I'm working through issues. This too shall pass.
And I did not see the man as clearly until others pointed it out, but I DID see many other faces.
Lizza - Premonition is gone. Wonder what it was about?
Pizza is gone too!
Hi Mimi,
Well...
I came a first time to study your photo and just came away with another face.
I didn't see that one !
That is really cool.
I used to love looking at clouds. I would lay down on the grass and find forms in the clouds.I've lost touch with that simple pleasure but yes, it's never too late.
Thank you for sharing.
The dark haired lady is absolutely clear. I'm not sure I see all the other stuff, but wow. Of course, I know there is a tendency for the human brain to recognize faces so maybe it is that. Cool, though.
Your cloud lady scares me, too! Closing the blinds now!
Clouds are very important to me at a lot of levels. So many big events in my life had clouds filled with a host of images. I saw a loose group of modern dancers.
I've always enjoyed seeing "things in the clouds"...it works even better after a few glasses of wine! :)
Fascinating but I didn't see "your face" until you pointed it out but then again we all see so many different things in clouds depending on how we're looking at them.
As for the faces, they could certainly be from people looking down upon us from above.
As a kid I loved cloud gazing. I must revisit the experience!
I didn't see anything. I'll just be over in the corner pouting.
Barbara - It is very relaxing.
Charles - Clear and spooky.
Real - You can say that again. She's a little ominous.
Carver - I saw the dancers too but didn't quite know what to call them.
Olga - Reaching for the Chardonnay.
Linda - Let's hope they're a peaceful bunch.
Nick - Cloud gazing is a favorite sport of mine. Hard on the neck though...
Travis - Maybe tomorrow you can try again. I won't penalize you this time.
The uneasy feeling you had in the pit of your stomach - which does not feel good in any way - is probably your emotion-center chakra being activated. Because you were feeling the intense urge to look up and notice things in the clouds, plus the church and cemetary that gave you the creeps, I would say you're moving into a point in your life where you're going to be a lot more self-aware. The dread feeling is actually a positive barometer of truth. Whenever you get that sensation, you are close to a major emotional self-discovery. That's how it always is for me, anyway.
And I posted my Message in a Bottle. Thanks again for the tag.
I do see one face, and if it is you, are you smiling! I think!, but, I never won any points for understanding art.
I didn't see the face until you pointed it out, Mimi. It does looks like you, Your Highness.
I guess we all can find different things int the clouds.
Next to what you pointed to as an angel I saw a man's bald head turned in profile. And it freaked me out.
Wow I thought I seen my 5th grade teacher Mrs.Sizemore holding a paddle!
Mimi Lenox said...
Julia - Your words really touched me. I think you have a lovely spirit about you.
Mr Lance - So glad somebody else sees the face. Isn't it weird? It seriously spooked me out.
Patti - You are one of the bloggers who has seen my in person, Princess Patti. See guys? I told you I was in that cloud!
Jennifer - Most people saw that first. I wonder if my next boyfriend will look like him? Maybe I should take a second look....(grin)
Roger - This made me laugh out loud. But just a question..was that a good thought or a bad thought? You know how those schoolyard fantasies go. I can't believe I said that.
Just kidding...
